We’ve all heard how important it is to get a good night’s sleep. It can boost your immune system, help you focus, improve your physical performance, keep your heart healthy, your body humming and your mind in a positive mental state.
But for some of us, sleep is hard to come by. Whether it’s the pressures of work, a cluttered mind, anxiety, stress, medications or illness, far too many people struggle with falling and staying asleep.

ALL MALE BODIES ARE BEAUTIFUL
As a kid growing up in the 80s, body image wasn’t something discussed by men.
No one ever said, ‘My legs are so skinny. Like two little twigs. I wish they were more like yours.’ Or, ‘I don’t feel comfortable taking my shirt off at the beach, I mean, ugh, look at me’. To do so would somehow make you vain and vulnerable. Less masculine.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MINT BAMBOO
As a man, there’s nothing worse than trapped sweat. When fabric can’t breathe – think synthetic fabrics like nylon and spandex – moisture builds up and builds up … and has nowhere to go. It becomes wet, clingy and itchy. And that is mighty, mighty uncomfortable.
No one's immune. Labourers, creatives, farmers, doctors, posties, athletes and everything in between - you move, you sweat, you itch, you complain.
