The MoveMINT
The MoveMINT is a safe space for MINT Men to talk about things too often bottled up - struggles with self-esteem, depression, mental illness, anxiety, weight, body confidence, discrimination and racial injustice. Some are light-hearted and filled with fun. Others are raw, deep and cut to the bone. All are brave for sharing with such honesty.
